Each PRAANJ piece is realised exclusively upon commission and confirmed on a prepaid basis. In reflection of the limited and individually produced nature of our work, hence  the Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Authored Opere (Art) is individually brought to life following order confirmation and typically requires an estimated lead time of 30 days. Given the scale and delicate composition of larger works, delivery is presently limited to Delhi NCR, where qualifying pieces are personally presented by PRAANJ to ensure the highest standard of handling and arrival. Select smaller works, where appropriate, may be entrusted to carefully appointed courier partners within Delhi NCR.

Authored Luce (Candles) are generally prepared for dispatch within 7 days, unless otherwise noted, and are shipped across India through trusted logistics partners.
