Each PRAANJ pieces is realised exclusively upon commission and prepared specifically against a confirmed order. In view of this individually produced and limited nature, all confirmed purchases are considered final.

Accordingly, PRAANJ does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy enables us to preserve the integrity, production discipline and limited character of the PRAANJ Atelier.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit, clients are requested to notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video along with supporting photographs. Upon review, PRAANJ will determine the appropriate resolution at its discretion.

This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
